in my acutal wardrobe... At the Josh Groban concert

I went to see Josh Groban's concert in Adelaide last week ( it was amazing!) and unusually for me I left planning my outfit until the last minute. Also, the little street that we took these photos in was relatively busy, so I was pretty freaked out the entire time., haha!

in my actual wardrobe... at Writer's Week

I had a great time on Sunday going to the Adelaide Writer's Week.
Mum, the sisters and I listened to a panel about writing for and about girls with Isobelle Carmody, Justine Larbalestier, and Vikki Wakefield. The next was a talk by Karen Lord, who was absolutely fantastic, and I am now really wanting to read her books (I think I'll start with The Best of All Possible Worlds).
The last was a talk by Scott Westerfeld, who is the author of one of my favourite series. I took along Leviathan to get it signed, which now makes it that much more awesome.

Anyway, this is my first ever outfit post. In fact, it's the first time I've ever done outfit photos, and man is it hard! I had no idea what to do with myself, and I was so focused on that that I ended up with weird facial expressions in most of them. :P

scenes of the city

Some photographs (by me) from a recent trip into the city.
I live in the country, with the nearest (proper) city being beautiful Adelaide, where myself and my siblings were all born. Most of our family lives there so we make the 2 and 1/2 hour drive there reasonably regularly, but going from the relative tranquillity of our little town to the bustle of the city is still always a bit of a shock to the system.
Anyway, the trip before last I took the camera and spent most of the day wondering around Rundle Mall, the results of which you can see below;
